Introduction

We are in the service business. Day–to–day we deliver stone and brick to our customers, but our core offering is service. As the E-Commerce Coordinator, you are passionate about growing the brand’s reach through our sampling program and online marketplace. You will ensure that every online customer has an excellent brand interaction and a seamless ordering experience. Your organizational skills and sharp eye for detail enable you to process each request efficiently and accurately, ensuring quality control and maintaining brand standards at every step. You will oversee sampling and online orders from inquiry to fulfillment — responding to customer requests, managing inventory levels, packing and shipping samples, creating sales orders and scheduling deliveries. A self-motivated problem solver, you enjoy listening, learning and connecting the dots. You are eager to support customers by offering guidance and answering questions via email and chat. You are attentive, meticulous and driven — extracting details from customer communication and utilizing insights to enhance sampling and e-commerce strategies. We are a tight-knit team that supports one another in and outside the office through encouragement, mutually high expectations and relentless mocking. If this sounds like a dream job, great! We encourage you to tell us a little about yourself and send a resume to masonmade@masonmadestone.com.
