• Mortar color and joint technique will impact finished look and quantities needed (mortar not included)

• Consult your contractor before ordering to ensure accurate quantity that includes any necessary overage for field cutting and specific site conditions. This step is important as we do not take back unused material

• Installation and maintenance methods may vary, consult your contractor regarding best practices for your specific application.

• Professional installation is recommended for most products

• Inspect your material upon arrival – we cannot assist with material concerns after installation

Standard product typically ships out 4 – 8 weeks after order is placed. Some standard products could ship sooner depending on order quantity and available inventory.

Shipping time varies based on the project location.
