• Installation and maintenance methods may vary, consult your contractor regarding best practices for your specific application.

• Professional installation is recommended for most products

• Inspect your material upon arrival – we cannot assist with material concerns after installation

• We do not accept returns

• Paving

Tilles Ridge requires extended lead time.

Lead time is dependent on order details and can take up to 12 – 16 weeks, or more.

Shipping time varies based on the project location.

Your shipment will arrive on wood pallet(s) and will be unloaded at the curb. The shipping carrier will not bring material inside — customer/contractor responsible for moving material around jobsite. For more details about what to expect with your delivery, visit our Shipping & Delivery page.
