Things to Know
Our exclusive collection of readily available products from Masonmade Supply Direct ship straight to your home. Pre-packaged in commonly requested sizes, these products are perfect for a fireplace refresh, accent wall or backsplash. Here’s a few things to consider when placing an order:
Overage: We recommend collaborating with your installer to determine appropriate quantities and amount of overage to order to account for field cuts, etc.
Lead Time: Approximately 4 – 6 weeks after order
Shipping: Cost of shipping determined by amount of material ordered and project location, costs will be estimated during checkout.
Freight Delivery: Material arrives on pallets and is shipped via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight delivery. We ship nationwide within the contiguous United States.
Scheduling: A Masonmade team member will reach out to confirm your material quantities, schedule your delivery and provide additional instructions as needed
Unloading: The freight company will be equipped with a rear lift gate and pallet jack to unload material curbside. You will be responsible for moving around your project site — we recommend working with your installer to have any machinery needed on site.
Special Delivery: If your delivery location is unaccessible or requires unique access, we may need to adjust shipping costs. A Masonmade team member will reach out to discuss options if this is the case.
